AI & Data Privacy (The "Zero-Training" Pledge)
- Your Data Stays Yours: We do not use your project files or documents to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models.
- Secure Intelligence: We generate insights using top-tier AI partners who are contractually bound to protect your data. We may use aggregated, de-identified data for research and to improve our service, ensuring that neither your organization nor your specific projects can be identified by any third party.
Infrastructure & Hosting
- Built on Azure: We host primarily on Microsoft Azure, utilizing their world-class physical and network security.
- Global Data Residency: While our standard deployment is US-based, EU-hosted deployment is available on request for specific regulatory needs.
Confidentiality & Access
- Strict Access Control: Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel (employees and vetted contractors) strictly on a need-to-know basis for support and operations.
- Encryption: We implement robust safeguards, including encryption both in transit and at rest.
- Vetted Partners: All third-party service providers undergo strict vetting and operate under written agreements to ensure they protect your proprietary and personal data.
Transparency & Control
- Data Retention: We retain your data while your account is active. Upon termination, data is securely deleted after a 60-day window, during which you can request an export.
- Incident Response: In the unlikely event of a security incident involving your data, we commit to notifying you without undue delay, and within the timeframes set out in our agreement.
